The VGR device is sent to the production lines with the other cans to be seamed, performing a 360° reading on the edge of the can with our sensor.

 The equipment is sent to the production line with the regular bottles to be transportated, while performs the reading through the linear sensors measurements of horizontal forces and gyroscope coupled externally and internally on the device enabling accurate measurement of wear per scratch. The results are available at the app “Voyager Connect”, avilable for devices with IOS system. Therefore, during measurements it´s also possible to take pictures, vídeos, and make comments  which allow a precise process control and registry of failure points in your application.
